The Art Of Soul Searching Via Employment And Job Testing
I will say this up front that I am not a fan of tests. It is not that spending the time doing these things is a waste of time. It is actually good that you have concern for your life, your career goals, and your future. My real concern is that these tests can replace people thinking long and deep about their life from birth to present, and with that perspective make the important decisions that will shape their future. To some degree the establishment does not want people to think so they are easily controlled. I believe the best thing to do is to take control of this one life we got and make the best of it instead of the worst of it. Without goals, and things to accomplish life is relatively meaningless. We can drive a million miles, we can climb Mt Everest but the most important thing in life is actually to have a firm understanding of who we are and where we are going. This allows us to lens and interpret our environment. These voices tell us what thoughts to trust and believe in and where to go. Some pretty good goals I must interject are survival. I see far too many people who put others first. They do not want to do self indulgent things like going after high paying lucrative careers. Survival is extremely important because it has a direct impact on personal safety. I am not saying that we must fear anything but a little work actually can create more free time. In this way having and achieving goals is a backward path to time management because we need not waste our life going down dead end roads or living in the past.
I also believe there is a real danger in not doing what you want. But that is my honest opinion. Happiness, Safety, Spirituality, Growth, and health are probably some things that you should always consider before going after a certain job. Many jobs do not do well with these categories. You should not even consider them.
